General Sales Terms
- Currency : The prices listed in our web-site are US Dollar.
- Payment : We accept MASTERCARD、VISA、UnionPay (China)、Paypal as payment media, Alipay, Payme. We do not accept all local or foreign bank drafts
- Import Duties : Buyers from Mainland China or other foreign countries should be responsible their import duties. We will not issue any false invoices for the purpose of reducing import duties.
- No cancellation or alternation : Once the order was confirmed, no cancellation or alternation is allowed. When we have received the confirmed order from the customer, we will pack & ship immediately. We are sorry that it is impossible to have any alternation or deletion.
- Shortage : We will try our best to keep the accuracy of the inventory information displayed. But however, if there are any situations which are beyond our control and caused a shortage in inventory, we will inform the customer to a.) refund or b.) to wait for longer time. We will not accept any complain for any lost caused by the shortage of our products.
- All orders are subject to our final confirmation : When the customer has confirmed the order and made the payment, it still require our final check and confirm the order. Under some circumstances, we will adjust the items or the quantities, such as limited quantity items, or limitation of sales regions, etc. We will inform the customer and refund excess value back into the payment account. We will not accept any complain for any lost caused by the adjustment of the orders.
- Colour Variations : Colours displayed in different video monitors may varies. On the other hand, different material have different texture that may affect the light reflections and resulting in different photographic results. Please understand that the actual colour of the product may not be absolute the same shown in computer monitor.
- Shipping : We are using renowned courier company. If we use courier company, we will inform the customer a tracking number to check the delivery status. If there are public holidays or any big festivals, the delivery date may be affected. After we have dispatched the merchandises, our duties & responsibility have been completed. We are not responsible for any late delivery.
- Un-deliverable : If the customer fill in the wrong receiver’s name, or provide us a false or incomplete address and causing the order cannot be delivered. We will classified this order as “Un Deliverable” and cancel the order. An administration charge of not more than 10% of the invoice value will be
Conditions for Exchange/Return
A) Basically we will only accept the exchange or return under the following condition
- Quality problem, such as defects in material or workmanship.
- Product received is not the same as displayed in our web-site
- The product has not been used or washed.
- The packing, hangtags, gifts and gift coupons (If any) are complete and in good condition
If defect is found only in a small part, we may replace this defective part only.
We will provide exchange or return service for every product only once. If the customer requires more than that, a small administration & freight cost will be charged.
If the product is out of stock, customer may needed to wait for around 10 days more.
B) Situations that are not applicable for exchange or replace
- Customer received over 14 Days.
- Unable to provide any proof-of-sales.
- Worn or Used products.
- Damaged packing or missing accompanied accessories.
- Damage caused by drop and crash, wrong assembly, wrong storage.
- Damage caused by improper usage.
- Special priced items, Redeem products, gift items.
- Not the first hand buyer (If it is a gift, please ask the origin buyer to apply for exchange or return)
C) Exchange/Return procedure
- Please keep all the original packing, hang-tags, accessories, gifts, gift coupons in good condition
- Please e-mail us the reason for exchange/return. If the product has defects, please attach the photos as well.
- After we have received the email, we will reply within 3 days. If necessary, we may need the customer to supply more information about usage, storage, etc. Then we will determine whether the application is acceptable.
- If the exchange/return is approved, please send the product together with the complete package, hangtags, invoice, accessories (users’ guide, gifts, etc) and send back to our head office.
- We will inspect the returned product, if it is qualify for exchange/return, we will carry out the exchange/return procedure.
- If refund, we will return the proper product value back to the buyer. Shipping cost or other financial charges will not be refunded.
- We will return the value back into the original payment account of the buyer, not any other accounts.
